About Ginwright Professional Support
Ginwright Professional Support (GPS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens and young adults navigate the critical developmental years from adolescence to early adulthood. Through our flagship NextGen Leaders Program, we provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed curriculum that fosters personal growth, academic success, and peaceful conflict resolution for youth ages 12-19.
Our evidence-based programming incorporates innovative educational technology that equips young people with emotional intelligence, life skills, and conflict resolution strategies necessary to thrive in today’s complex world. GPS shifts the focus from punishment to growth, helping teens envision futures defined by confidence, compassion, and positive community contribution. By investing in the potential of every young person we serve, GPS builds stronger families, safer neighborhoods, and a more resilient generation of leaders.
Our Programs and Services
Life Skills Training
Specialized workshops and curriculum modules that equip young people with essential emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and conflict resolution strategies. Participants develop the internal tools needed to navigate challenges constructively and build healthy relationships.
NextGen Leaders Program
NextGen Leaders is a school-based program for youth ages 12–19 that strengthens social-emotional and life skills, combining engaging lessons, mentoring, and family involvement to help students manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and stay on track for school, career, and life success.
Professional Consulting
Professional consulting services for schools and organizations seeking innovative ways to connect and engage young adults. We collaborate with educational institutions to build supportive environments where youth grow academically and personally.
